1

Sign Up & Log In

Visit booking.homora.fi/register and create your account.

Your business name is important -- it determines your public booking URL. For example, if you enter "Helsinki Cleaning", your booking page will be at booking.homora.fi/book/helsinki-cleaning.

Choose a business name that is easy for customers to remember. You can change the display name later in settings, but the URL slug stays the same.

2

Complete Business Profile

After logging in, go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar).

Business Information

  • Business name -- your company name shown to customers
  • Description -- a short paragraph about your business (shown on the booking page)
  • Phone number -- contact number for your business
  • Email -- customer-facing email address
  • Address -- your business location

All of these fields are visible to customers on your booking page. Make sure the information is accurate and professional.

3

Create Service Categories

Go to Categories in the sidebar. Categories help organize your services so customers can find what they need.

Example category structures

Cleaning Company

  • Residential Cleaning
  • - Regular Cleaning
  • - Deep Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • - Office Cleaning
  • - Warehouse Cleaning
  • Special Services
  • - Move-out Cleaning
  • - Window Cleaning

Salon / Spa

  • Haircuts
  • - Women's Cut
  • - Men's Cut
  • Color Services
  • - Full Color
  • - Highlights
  • Treatments
  • - Deep Conditioning
  • - Scalp Treatment

You can also create subcategories within each category for even more granular organization.

4

Add Your Services

Go to Services and click Add Service for each service you offer.

For each service, fill in:

NameClear, descriptive name (e.g., 'Standard Home Cleaning 2h')
DescriptionWhat is included in this service. Be specific -- it helps customers decide.
CategorySelect the category you created in the previous step.
Pricing TypeChoose from: Fixed, Range, Per Unit, or Quote Required.
PriceSet the actual price or range based on pricing type.
DurationHow long the service takes (used for scheduling).

Pricing types explained

Fixed Price

Best for services with a clear, set price. Example: "Basic Haircut - 35 EUR".

Price Range

When the final price depends on specifics. Example: "Home Cleaning - 80-150 EUR" depending on apartment size.

Per Unit

Price calculated per unit (hour, square meter, etc). Example: "Office Cleaning - 25 EUR/hour".

Quote Required

Customer submits a request and you provide a custom quote. Best for complex or variable work.

5

Set Booking Preferences

Go to Settings > Booking to configure how customers can book.

Key settings

Business HoursThe days and hours you are available. Toggle each day on/off and set start/end times.
Minimum Lead TimeHow much advance notice you need. Example: 24 hours means customers cannot book for tomorrow morning if it is already evening.
Buffer TimeGap between bookings to avoid back-to-back scheduling. Example: 30 minutes gives you travel/prep time.
Maximum AdvanceHow far ahead customers can book. Example: 60 days prevents bookings too far in the future.

Start with reasonable defaults and adjust as you learn your actual patterns. You can always change these later.

6

Customize Branding

Go to Settings > Branding to make your booking page match your brand.

  • Primary color -- used for buttons, links, and accents. Pick your brand color.
  • Business description -- the text shown at the top of your booking page.
  • Logo -- upload your business logo for the booking page header.

Changes apply to both your standalone booking page and the embedded widget.

7

Test Your Booking Page

Before going live, test the booking experience yourself:

  1. Open your booking page at booking.homora.fi/book/your-slug
  2. Browse through your services
  3. Select a service and pick a date/time
  4. Fill in the booking form with test data
  5. Submit the booking
  6. Check your dashboard -- you should see the new booking
  7. Test the confirmation email and booking tracking link

Make sure everything looks right before sharing with real customers. You can cancel test bookings from the dashboard.

8

Embed the Widget on Your Website

Once you are happy with the setup, add the booking widget to your website. Go to Settings > Widget and copy the embed code.
